Jobs are a necessary evil; we all need it for survival. We need the money to live. Hobby is what we do for fun.  But why do we live in such a system where we in 90% of the cases we cannot convert our hobbies into successful jobs. This is why all companies are always on the lookout for fresh talent and always hire at end session hiring at colleges and universities. It is a proven fact that any worker in the industry will have lower motivation to work if he is in the same company for more than 3 years. The attrition rates are thus very high at companies and they are constantly looking to change their workforce by hiring from other companies in the industry. The employees are thus forever rotating from one company to the other to keep them on their toes.

There is a high need now to make the job sector more humane. We need to put lesser pressure on the employees. The job appraisals need to be more forgiving. The young tech companies and a lot of start-ups are giving high importance to employee satisfaction and are not focussing on employee output alone. They are giving higher importance to the ideas and passions of the employees as well. The younger generations understand this difference between different companies. They are selecting the companies that give higher importance to the companies which give them the chance to explore their capabilities to the fullest extent and at the same time contribute to the company effectively. 

The choice is now not only based on who can provide the highest salary package but also greatly depends on job satisfaction and how the job will affect their careers. People are opting for low salary jobs also if they can get more work satisfaction, a chance to combine their passion with their work and grow along with the company. 

The changing job markets and the higher awareness for living a fulfilled live is leading to the changing choices of the people.
